    Presumption of the older checkout operator. I went in to do a quick shop yesterday morning 080323. I had no choice to go to another checkout so I had to a checkout manned by the older woman wearing a grandparent sign. I had a bad feeling and I was right. In my trolley I had a bag filled with 8 bottles of orange softdrinks 1.10 ea, tucked in beside it was 1 airfreshner 6.00, 2 pkts of blueberry muffins amp 3 bags of Lollygobble Bliss Bombs. I placed 1 bottle on rollator indicated 8, with that bag open for her to visualise the other 7 bottles. In a arrogant tone she looks into the trolley announces I forgot the airfreshner. I apologised and picked it up placing on rollator stating to this woman 'I wasn't trying to steal it. I'm not in the habit of stealing' I shop at Woolies very regularly.Thereafter I went down to the Express Lane where I told my friend who was checkout operator Kay. As I told her that the woman thought I was stealing. The woman was obvious in her action walked passed eyeballing distrustfully at us. I am disgusted and certainly not impressed. I am honest and DO NOT STEAL. Due to who I work for 30years as well as being a Justice of the Peace Qualified, a Christian, Catholic held in high regard in my Church I have maintain a reputation to uphold. The woman has customer service skilling of a rock and should never presume, worse still I'm a dark person so don't make out she holds a higher authority to treat me without sincerity and RESPECT. Customer Service, Communication training amp Cross Cultural Awareness would be beneficial to her job. Robyn L Baggow.
